A busy few days in the kitchen. More green beans were canned along with blackberry jelly. This year the blackberries and blueberries have overlapped in their harvest times.
20 quarts of green beans so far, along with 6 jars of jelly.
I also canned vegetable soup this week. A double batch made with some roma tomatoes that were in the freezer, green beans and potatoes from the garden with a few store bought items. Running 2 canners at a time, 11 quarts added to the pantry stash.
